Bryce Harper on IG: “Aye Pham. You ready?”
It’s been a miraculous comeback from Bryce Harper, who received Tommy John surgery on his throwing elbow just two weeks after the conclusion of the World Series.
Harper has been slowly progressing over time since the season started, where he first started with light tee work in the cages. The plan for Bryce Harper is to sit in the DH spot for at least a month, but since the injuries to Rhys Hoskins and Darick Hall, Bryce has been determined to learn first base. He’s been taking grounders there ahead of every game and could see some time there once his arm is truly ready to throw in a game.

The Phillies are back in action tonight as they kick off a 3-game set vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers.
