WATCH: Oral Roberts outfield celebration after comeback win against TCU in the College World Series

The College World Series is underway in Omaha, Nebraska and no other team is enjoying it more than Oral Roberts after an impressive comeback 6-5 win over TCU. 

Oral Roberts was down 5-2 to the TCU Horned Frogs, but in the ninth inning, they scored four runs to take the lead. The biggest blow came courtesy of of a three-run home run by Blaze Brothers (sick name) to put the Golden Eagles up 6-5. 

Also hilarious, is the fact that the ESPN broadcast booth completely butchered the call. 

Karl Ravech, clearly wasn’t paying attention, and ended up calling the FIRST EVER walk off home run in the top of the ninth inning. 

Yikes.

The Golden Eagles closed the game out in the bottom of the ninth inning and their outfielders celebrated with a game of Ring Around The Rosie after recording the final out.

The celebration comes after we witnessed the the WORM during the Super Regionals against Oregon. After a player would successfully get on base, the first base coach of the Golden Eagles would give them gummy worms.

Important to Note (Not Really): The candy in question was actually a Twin Snake which is basically a rip off of the classic gummy worms. 

Regardless, Oral Roberts is the underdog story of the NCAA College World Series.

They won the Summit League, going 23-1 in conference play and 46-11 overall during the regular season. Including the NCAA Baseball Tournament and now World Series, the Golden Eagles are now 52-12 on the season. 

Oral Roberts will now advance to the next round of the College World Series and will face the winner of Virginia-Florida. 

The Gators, just stormed back to beat Virginia last night in the bottom of the ninth inning. Looks like Karl Ravech nailed this call.
