Highlights: Shake Milton’s Top 3 performances in a Sixers uniform as reports indicate he’ll be looking for a ‘bigger role’ elsewhere in free agency

According to reports, Shake Milton intends to look for a new home this summer.
According to Kyle Neubeck of The Philly Voice, Shake Milton is ‘unlikely’ to return to the Sixers next season and is expected to seek a bigger role elsewhere.
“Milton is the least likely of those players to return next season, sources say, as the veteran guard looks for a potential opportunity for more minutes (this could change if Harden were to walk in free agency).” via Kyle Neubeck
Shake Milton is one of five free agents on the 76ers roster this summer.
- James Harden
- Georges Niang
- Paul Reed
- Jalen McDaniels
- Shake Milton
In 2018, the Sixers acquired Milton’s draft rights and he’s been with the organization ever since. He put up 8.4 points per game last season in minimal playing time so it makes sense that Milton would want to test the waters elsewhere in free agency.
As Neubeck mentioned, I’m sure that could change if James Harden doesn’t return to the Sixers next season but according to reports earlier in the week, Harden coming back to Philly has ‘never been more likely’ at this point so I wouldn’t hold your breath.
Anyways, Shake was always fun to watch when he caught fire.
Here’s three of my personal favorite performances from the homegrown talent.

Shake Milton 31 Points Off The Bench
Shake Milton most three pointers made in a row.
Honorable Mentions: Joel Embiid telling Shake Milton he was going to slap the shit out of him in the bubble and when he said that hitting a half-court buzzer beater was 100% skill.
