WATCH: I-95 reopens with a corny fire truck parade featuring Philadelphia sports mascots

I-95 will reopen today and the first drivers to test out the temporary bridge were the Philadelphia sports mascots on top of a fire truck.
I-95 Reopens with a Parade featuring Philadelphia mascots and fire trucks
Why did we have a mini-parade for a collapsed section of I-95 that has now been temporarily rebuild to squeeze 3 lanes on each side with little-to-no wiggle room?
Who the fuck knows. Biden’s America I suppose.
Side Note: That’s my new response to everything. Don’t read too deep into it, he’s just somehow the president and that’s how his name got slid into the spot in front of America.
Now that we have that squared away to rid ourselves from whatever painful political discourse that typically follows those types of statements, I’m beyond sick of the whole I-95 situation.
It was fun at first and even the livestream was pretty cool but at this point, what in the actual fuck is going on?
I have literally been driving from Glen Mills to the Northeast on the Turnpike for the past two weeks, spending nearly 4 hours a day in the car, which is 20 hours a week for those who struggle with basic mathematics while Shapiro and company are creating livestreams, and parading 5-for-5 mascot fire truck rides over a temporary I-95 fix.
That really doesn’t seem like something that should be celebrated right?
The best part about the I-95 rebuild was the video below and before you think I’m joking, I’m not.
I’ve watched it maybe a million times over the past week because it’s the funniest shit I have ever heard.
These are the people in office in America and are also the ones who try to masquerade how ridiculously inept they are by buying your support with cheesy parades featuring Philly mascots on fire trucks down I-95. Over here in reality, the common men and women of the Philadelphia area realize the entire I-95 rebuild jumped the shark last week and has only gotten worse.
Gov. Shapiro has hijacked a tragedy and turned it into a corny political campaign that we will see highlights of for years to come.
Just wait until this “temporary fix” actually becomes the full time bridge and it takes years to rebuild it properly. We all know it’s coming but instead we want celebrate a quick reopening like traffic and the rest of 95 along with every road in the city and the highways that surround the city aren’t in complete shambles.
So yeah, go ahead and celebrate the temporary fix to I-95. I won’t be joining you.
I’ll even go as far as saying the only people who are celebrating it are those who don’t have to commute to and from the Northeast every day to make an honest living.
This is one awesome picture you used for your post!! Amazing post! Please feel free to come take a look at my blog.
