The contract is projected to be worth roughly $4.6M. Here are his estimated cap hits:
- 2023: $955,231
- 2024: $1,120,231
- 2025: $1,235,231
- 2026: $1,350,231
Philadelphia selected Ringo at No. 105 overall after trading a 2024 third-round pick to Houston to move up.
Ringo, who posted a blazing 4.36 time at the NFL Combine, was projected as a potential first-round pick, but his 2022 tape caused him to slide.
While inconsistent in coverage (he allowed 13 receptions of 15+ yards last season), Ringo has the prototypical build of an outside corner and will have the luxury of studying behind James Bradberry and Darius Slay.

“Ringo is one of the more athletically gifted outside cornerback. He is rarely beaten in a vertical foot race down the field in coverage. He carries vertical route concepts well and remains in phase to force tight window/risky throws by the quarterback. His speed in a straight line is hard to overcome.
He has tremendous recovery speed to sell trail technique and undercut passes to force PBUs. Ringo has good ball skills when he locates and makes a play on the ball in flight. On his interceptions this season, he displayed reliable hands paired with his leaping ability to high-point the pass. When he is patient in bump-n-run coverage, he can cap routes quickly with disruptive punches.
If he can begin to get his head around quicker, I can see his pass break-ups and ball production improving. Ringo looks to be a day-one starter that can protect deep thirds and funnel routes underneath and to the strength of the coverage. Only a two-year starter, he can improve the technical aspects of his game.” — The Draft Network
Ringo was the fifth Georgia Bulldog drafted by Philly in the last two years, joining Jalen Carter, Nolan Smith, Jordan Davis, and Nakobe Dean.
