Joel Embiid and fiancé Anne de Paula officially tied the knot yesterday, as pictures and videos from the wedding made their rounds on the social media.

Obviously, the city’s relationship with Joel Embiid and more specifically, the Sixers is completely shattered at the moment but if you don’t get a smile on your face seeing our guy, Joel Embiid walk down the aisle after spending nearly a decade with us in Philadelphia, then you’re just a heartless soul. 

A main point of interest was what teammates and/or former teammates would be in attendance for the Embiid wedding. As of now, here’s the only picture we have showing the fellas together.

I thought for sure that we would see Jimmy Butler or James Harden pop up in wedding pictures and videos but it appears neither were in attendance.

The haters will love the Dreams & Nightmares video, even more so after they were convinced Embiid was trying to force his way out of the city after comments about “winning championships in Philly or anywhere else” went viral last week.

Embiid was also caught on video dancing his ass off to Philly native Lil Uzi Vert’s “Just Wanna Rock”, a song that was the Philadelphia Eagles’ latest anthem for last year’s Super Bowl run.
