The Philadelphia 76ers official preseason schedule was late last week, with the team starting the 2023-24 season in Boston, where last year’s campaign ended in the second round of the playoffs.

• Oct. 8 at Celtics, 6 p.m. ET
• Oct. 11 vs. Celtics, 7 p.m. ET
• Oct. 16 at Nets, 7:30 p.m. ET
• Oct. 20 vs. Hawks, 7 p.m. ET 

The Sixers will play the Celtics twice in the preseason, starting the Nick Nurse era in Boston on October 8th before heading home to the Wells Fargo Center on the 11th. 

Just a quick Sixers update while everyone in the city of Philadelphia has completely ignored them this summer thanks to yet another disappointing exit in the second round of the playoffs last season. 

James Harden still doesn’t want to be in Philadelphia and is actively trying to force his way to the Los Angeles Clippers via a trade after picking up his player option to remain with the Sixers for one more year earlier in the offseason. 

The Sixers swept their preseason schedule last year, posting a perfect 4-0 record before starting the regular season 0-3.
