Eagles News: Haason Reddick dealing with injury, expected to miss time

One of the Eagles’ premier edge rushers could miss some time in training camp.
According to multiple reports, OLB Haason Reddick is nursing a thumb injury and didn’t practice on Thursday. Luckily, the injury doesn’t appear to be serious and Reddick is expected to be available for Week 1 vs. New England.
Haason Reddick out with a thumb injury. Sounds like he could be sidelined for a bit but not expected to miss regular season time.

Reddick signed with the Eagles as a free agent last offseason and turned in a DPOY-worthy season, tallying in 16.0 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, and 26 QB hits.
The 2023 All-Pro is a featured part of Philly’s defensive front that includes Fletcher Cox, Jordan Davis, Jalen Carter, Brandon Graham, and Josh Sweat. The Eagles are taking a cautious approach with Reddick, and rightfully so — this is his second injury this summer as he had a groin issue earlier in training camp.
Philadelphia will need him healthy if they hope to return to the Super Bowl.
Just how good was Haason Reddick in 2022?
