Dallas Goedert is off the Philadelphia Eagles’ Injury Report, will play Sunday Night against the Cowboys

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is off the team’s official injury report and will be available Sunday Night against the Cowboys.

Goedert has been out for the past 3 weeks after fracturing his forearm in the Eagles’ 28-23 win over the Cowboys in Week 9. He was a full participant for all three practices this week ahead of Sunday Night Football in Dallas.

On the season, Goedert has hauled in 38 receptions for 410 yards and two touchdowns with all three statistics ranking third on the Eagles’ behind wide receivers AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith.

Dallas Goedert FP – Eagles Friday Injury Report

Julio Jones who also missed practice Wednesday and Thursday due to a “groin” injury returned to practice Friday afternoon. Jones has been silent over the past several weeks and really hasn’t done much since catching a touchdown in Week 5 against the Washington Commanders. The veteran wide receiver has three catches for five yards in the last five games.

Darius Slay returned to the practice field yesterday after sitting out Wednesday and Thursday with “knee” and “resting player” designations. Much like all the Eagles, Slay has been playing a very high amount of snaps so getting him some extra rest this week makes perfect since. The 32-year old cornerback played 375 snaps in the Eagles’ last five games, the highest five-game snap total of his 11-year career.

The Eagles overall are probably the healthiest they have been all football season and it couldn’t have come at more pivotal time. They are one of three NFC teams that can claim their spot in the playoffs this weekend.

Here’s a breakdown of the ten different ways for the Eagles to clinch Sunday, all starting with a win or tie against Dallas.
