Debate: If Eagles fire Nick Sirianni, would Bill Belichick be a good fit?
There are a ton of teams in the head coaching market in the NFL. Paired with those teams is quite the pool of coaches looking to find their next home. But, the playoffs are underway and there’s a feeling that a few teams in the dance could be looking to move off of their current coaches if their teams fall short as well.
Bill Belichick after the conclusion of his tenure with the New England Patriots, could be the most sought-after coach in NFL history, He’s not the only coach that will garner a lot of attention, but he certainly leads the class. And I wouldn’t be surprised if a ton of new teams reconsider the direction of their franchises now that he’s available.
With that said, there’s been a lot of rumored teams that make the most sense or will push the hardest to sign Belichick. But, the two playoff teams that are the most intriguing are the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles. Both franchises could certainly justify making a change and they are arguably the two best possible situations Bill could end up in regards to winning.
