NFL Rumors: Micah Parsons’ behavior ‘wearing thin’ within Cowboys organization
Micah Parsons’ future in Dallas may be in doubt.
Parsons has been nothing short of sensational since entering the league in 2021. He’s won the Defensive Rookie of the Year Award, earned All-Pro honors twice, been named to three Pro Bowls, and was the runner-up DPOY in 2022.
Despite these accolades, the Cowboys could be looking to move on from the star linebacker sooner rather than later.
According to a report from Shan Shariff of 105.3 The Fan, Parson’s behavior has ‘worn thin’ on several people within the franchise.
“I’ve heard from way too many people this offseason. I’m talking about at least four different people [have told me] that Micah has worn thin there,” Shariff said Friday.
“I don’t know how much is true and how much it actually hurts [his reputation]. I don’t know whether this is the behavior of a typical superstar. I don’t know how damaging it is.
But all I do know is this — I’ve heard from way too many people that if Micah Parsons was out of there, there would be a decent amount of people inside the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco smiling or breathing a sigh of relief.”
Parsons has become a controversial figure over the last year, accused of prioritizing his podcast over football and pandering to the division-rival Eagles.
It’s certainly possible that some of his antics have rubbed higher-ups the wrong way.

If the Cowboys’ are truly unhappy with Parsons, they can send him right over to Philadelphia.
The Eagles could use another outside linebacker, especially after parting ways with Haason Reddick. Parsons, who was originally born in Harrisburg, PA and played football at Penn State, would fill that void along the edge nicely.
In three years with Dallas, Parsons has compiled 40.5 sacks (fourth in the NFL during that span), 89 QB hits, and seven forced fumbles.
