A SEPTA driver had to “take a leak” so bad he forgot to put the bus in park

A SEPTA driver had to piss so bad he neglected to fully put his bus in park. The bus, of course, then began rolling through the streets of Upper Darby unattended.

The SEPTA bus crashed into a pole, bringing down power lines in the process:

Before you crucify this man, ask yourself this question. Who hasn’t done something stupid with a full bladder? The piss-filled haze comes for all of us sooner or later.

Hell, I fumbled a smoking hot chick in college because I had to piss so bad. I was in the bathroom for two minutes, and she was gone just like that. Never to be seen again.*

Something else equally stupid of me was going through a stop sign directly in front of a cop because I was only two blocks from Termini Bros. and got overly excited about the cannoli and sfogliatelle that awaited me there. I tried to reason with the officer, but he wasn’t having any of my nonsense that day.

Apropos of nothing, SEPTA is going through a rough patch right now. As a Fishtown resident, the El can barely stay on the tracks these days. You’d be better off traveling by horse and buggy most of the time.

It’s a tough time for me as well as TLL’s resident Transit Czar. I try to be a staunch SEPTA advocate, but they make it so damn difficult these days.

*I actually ran into her later that night, and we had a lovely evening, but that’s beside the point. It was crushing in the moment.
