Daniel Jeremiah: 0% chance Eagles stay put in first-round of NFL Draft
NFL Draft season and Howie SZN are synonymous at this point. The Philadelphia Eagles currently hold the No. 22 overall selection in tonight’s NFL Draft and if history is any sort of indicator, there’s no shot Roseman stays put at that spot.
NFL Network insider Daniel Jeremiah shares that same sentiment. Appearing on the network a few days ago, he proclaimed that there’s a “zero percent chance [Howie] sticks and picks” at 22 overall.

All signs, according to Jeremiah, are pointing towards a trade-up rather than a trade-down. The Eagles have traded up numerous times over the years, including in each of the past three drafts.
There are several alluring options if the Eagles do in fact move up significantly. Some have reported Philly as a dark horse team to trade up for Georgia TE Brock Bowers, while others (including DJ) think it’ll be for a cornerback.
Only time will tell. Luckily, we won’t have to wait much longer to see what Howie has cooking up.
