Joel Embiid “Disappointed” in Knicks fans taking over the Philadelphia 76ers arena

During the closing moments of the New York Knicks’ victory over the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 4, the sound of “MVP” cheers reverberated throughout Wells Fargo Center as Jalen Brunson took his position at the free throw line.

A significant number of Knicks fans made the journey of roughly two hours south of Madison Square Garden to back their team, and they were rewarded for their dedication as their team took a 3-1 series lead over the 76ers.

A portion of those fans leaving the Wells Fargo Center stood in the lobby area and were heard chanting “F— Embiid”.

The big fella has every reason to feel this way. He’s carrying this franchise on one knee while dealing with Bell’s palsy. The least the fans could do is prevent all these obnoxious Knicks fans from taking over our arena. I’m disappointed, too.
