How does The Eagles’ schedule compare to the rest of the NFL?

The Philadelphia Eagles’ 2024 schedule is officially set in stone, and it certainly offers a variety of opponents.

Much is always made of each team’s strength of schedule as we get closer to the playoffs every year. It’s a good measure stick to weigh which teams will have more success than the others come postseason time.

The Eagles are tied for 21st in the strength of schedule. On paper, the Birds have one of the best rosters in the NFL and arguably the best. So, with a much easier schedule this season, it’s certainly lining up for them to win back the NFC East and compete for a top spot in the conference. 

That said, the NFL is an ever-changing league, and I think a lot of this is just speculation because you just never know what teams will look like come September. There are so many factors that go into this, but I’d be pretty optimistic about this season, knowing everything we do now.
