Now that’s a kid with a good head on his shoulders. All he wants is to throw fastballs 100+ mph, a mustache and Livvy Dunne. Talk about the American Dream. And they said there’s no hope for the future generation? This young kid has his priorities straight.

Skenes has been very impressive over his first three starts for the Pirates. He’s tossed 16 innings while walking four and striking out 21. He has a 2.25 ERA and a 1.00 WHIP.
