WATCH: Giants front office in shambles over losing Saquon Barkley in new Hard Knocks clip

The New York Giants’ front office is below average, to say the least. That’s pretty common knowledge at this point — especially after the incompetence they displayed dealing with Saquon Barkley over the past few years.

Luckily for us Eagles fans, we’re going to be able to see their incompetence on full display thanks to HBO’s Hard Knocks this year. HBO is rolling out three separate Hard Knocks shows this season: Offseason with the Giants, training camp with the Bears, and in-season with the AFC North. Personally, I’m really only interested in the Giants one, for obvious reasons.

The first episode dropped this week and focuses on the Saquon saga and how the front office handled it. This is what a bad front office looks like, folks.

The fact that Giants management is acting like they’re still trying to figure out if Daniel Jones is their franchise guy is hilarious. He’s one of the worst starting quarterbacks in the NFL, has been since he entered the league. Last season, he threw two touchdowns and six interceptions in six games. He also posted a career-worst 70.5 QB rating.

Jones is trash, the Giants are trash, and their best weapon is now on the Eagles. Tough go.
