WATCH: Jerry Rice threatens reporter for asking him about Kansas City Chiefs

Jerry Rice is the best receiver to ever do it — no one would ever deny that. Sadly, it seems he’s gotten caught up in the San Francisco 49ers brain virus that’s plagued their fans over the past few seasons.

As Eagles fans, we’re well aware of Niners fans and they’re delusional views on the NFL and their team. What we didn’t realize, however, is how embedded Jerry Rice is in the fandom as well.

While golfing at a charity golf outing this week, a reporter approached Rice for a few questions. When asked if the Chiefs’ receivers are good enough to win the Super Bowl again, Rice lost his goddamn mind.

I love me some J-Rice, but calm down my good brother. No need to freak out like this just because your team falls short every single season. In all honesty, he was probably just having a rough day on the links and the question sent him over the edge. We’ve all been there.

Nevertheless, it’s hilarious seeing Rice get this mad over a simple question. He even threatens the harmless reporter with violence. Just down another beer and go out there and smash your next drive, it’ll be okay, man.
