Eagles Final Roster Cut Tracker: Live updates, latest moves ahead of 2024 season

The Philadelphia Eagles have begun trimming their roster from 91 to 53 players in preparation for the 2024 NFL season.

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of Tuesday’s 4:00 P.M. deadline. The latest updates will be at the top, followed chronologically in Eastern Standard Time with sources attached.

4:00 PM — The Eagles initial 53-man roster is set.

3:28 PM — James Bradberry is likely to survive today’s roster cuts. Eagles spoke to teams about a possible trade, including the Titans, who have former Eagles DBs coach Dennard Wilson. 2:42 PM — Eagles are placing TE Albert Okwuegbunam on injured reserve after he underwent a core muscle repair. He has a projected 6-8 week recovery timeline from the procedure date and will be eligible to return this season. Jeff McLane, Philadelphia Inquirer

12:45 PM — Eagles WR Ainias Smith will be placed on injured reserve following MRI results that revealed an ankle injury with an expected recovery of 4-6 weeks. Smith will be eligible to be designated for return this season and won’t count toward the final 53. Zach Berman, PHLY
