WATCH: Giants fans wait outside stadium to boo Daniel Jones after embarrassing 28-6 loss
The New York Giants lost to the Minnesota Vikings 28-6 on Sunday, with “franchise QB” Daniel Jones reprising his role as a bottom-5 NFL starter. Needless to say, Giants fans were not happy and decided to stick around after the loss to let Danny Dimes know about it.
A pretty sizable crowd of Giants fans gathered outside MetLife to boo their team’s $160 million man:
WILD: A lot of #Giants fans stayed after today’s loss waiting for Daniel Jones to leave the stadium so they could BOO & HECKLE HIM after an awful performance today.

Oof, madone. That’s a brutal scene for little old Danny.
I feel for all parties on this one. I’ll start with the fans. Some are saying they went over the line, but as an Eagles fan, I’m going to wholeheartedly disagree. They are rightfully pissed off with how things have transpired during the Daniel Jones era.
But is Daniel Jones truly the object of their anger? I don’t think so. They know he’s bad; he knows he’s bad. Everybody knows he’s bad.
The organization is really to blame here. Frankly, it’s a complete embarrassment. Giants fans have had to watch the front office pay Jones $160 million and then let the best player they’ve had since OBJ walk and sign with a division rival (hahahahahahahaha).
That brings me to Daniel Jones. It’s actually sad to see him get shit on like that by his own fans.
He has literally done everything in his power not to get paid like a franchise quarterback, yet the Giants still decided to give him that contract. What’s he going to do? Say, “Nah, don’t give me millions of dollars. I’m actually very bad at football.”
No. I don’t think so.
So, Giants fans are forced to make his life a living hell, mostly because they don’t know where the Mara family’s secret exit from the stadium is. That’s who they’re really mad at here, but they don’t have an outlet, so they have to boo this guy instead.
