Stone Cold Steve Austin doesn’t believe in CTE because science doesn’t matter, nerd

Over the past decade or so, the hot topic surrounding any contact sport has been brain injuries and how it affects athletes after their playing days. CTE is the trigger word if you’re trying to make any NFL representative feel uncomfortable.

Despite a ton of research behind CTE and how it’s essentially taking former NFL players’ lives, Stone Cold Steve Austin doesn’t believe in that shit. Science doesn’t matter, nerd. Get real.

Hell yeah, brother.

CTE isn’t a disease that’s been proven time and time again to be a very real thing, it’s a belief system, like religion or politics. And Stone Cold Steve Austin ain’t buying that shit. When Stone Cold smashes someone over the head with a metal chair and gives him a severe concussion, they just walk it off. The headaches you’re feeling in the days/weeks afterwards? Not real. Sorry pal, you’re just being a stone cold bitch.

In all seriousness, it’s hilarious when people say stuff like this. “Here is backed research on this life threatening disease, sir.” Get that shit out of my face. What do you think I am, a pussy or something?

As much as people are going to give Steve Austin shit for this, we need people like this in our lives. People who just don’t care about what some dork doctor has to say. We all have those people in our lives, and we all love them.

Never change, Stone Cold.
