Sabrina Carpenter works her black magic by wearing Cowboys sweatshirt in public

Fellas, we may have another celebrity-sports curse on our hands. This time, it involves the pride of Quakertown, Sabrina Carpenter.

Carpenter is one of the biggest pop stars in the world right now. Her 2024 album ‘Short n’ Sweet’ really put her on the map and she’s been riding high ever since. Plus, she’s from my hometown and believe me, Quakertown does not produce anything noteworthy. This is a huge win for us Quakers.

She’s been touring around the country over the past few months and her most recent stop was in Philadelphia, days before the Phillies got eliminated from the postseason. Sabrina sported a Phillies jersey on stage, claiming her hometown team, only for the team to get embarrassed less than 24 hours later.

Prior to her Philly show, she wore a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey while performing in Canada. The outcome — the Leafs lost their season opener. It’s early, but a trend is starting to develop.

Recognizing this black magic she possesses, she wore a Dallas Cowboys sweatshirt out in New York.

When she wore her Phillies and Maple Leafs jerseys, she was performing in those respective cities. She’s in New York while wearing this Cowboys crewneck. This isn’t pandering to the audience, this is a calculated attack on the Dallas Cowboys.

Sabrina Carpenter knows what she’s doing. And I must admit, I was not familiar with her game. This is devious and exactly what a true Bucks County native would do given the circumstances.

When the Cowboys inevitably fall short this season, we’ll have Sabrina Carpenter to thank.
