Tyrese Maxey unveils signature logo from New Balance

Sixers guard Tyrese Maxey has taken one more step towards NBA superstar status. Once players hit a certain status, they get a signature logo from their shoe sponsor, and the young Sixer got just that.

And there it is. It’s a pretty slick logo, I can’t lie.

Now, there may be some doubters questioning why Maxey would deserve this honor. I’ll do my best to be polite and not be too harsh on their ignorance, so I’ve compiled a list of very compelling reasons why.

Tyrese Maxey is a bona fide stud, there’s no question about it at this point. He’s done nothing but improve year over year since coming into the league, and this is just a small reward for that continued hard work.

Liberty Line contributor and and personality Dunphy said that if the Sixers win it all, he’ll get the logo tattooed on him behind his ear. Now, if Maxey wins Finals MVP, I think it should be right in the middle of his forehead, but it’s his body, his choice.
