50ft Donald Trump statue appears on Kensington Avenue in Philadelphia

The 2024 election is heating up and, with Pennsylvania being a swing state, the political messaging has been hitting the Commonwealth hard. Usually it’s attack ads on TV and social media, but someone resorted to a more unorthodox approach, erecting a 50ft tall, completely nude Donald Trump statue on Kensington Avenue for all to see.

I’ll be honest, this statue perplexes me. At first glance, it appears to clearly be anti-Trump. It depicts the 45th Presidents doughy figure completely nude, hardly a complimentary piece of art.

But the more I look at it, the less I’m sure. Maybe this is some beautiful statement that humanizes Trump in some sick way.

Of course, that turned out to be wrong, but it was a nice idea. I looked it up online and found some actual “facts” to share with you all.

Apparently this is being done by some anonymous artist who has dubbed it “The Crooked and Obscene Tour.” They’ve been traveling the nation with the naked Donald Trump statue as some kind of statement against him.

Me personally, I don’t really get it. He’s a fat old man. We all know this.

I just think it’s far weirder to take the time to sculpt this by hand. Like this person sat down and went, “Alright, this statue is almost done, time to make Donald Trump’s penis for my giant naked Donald Trump statue.”

I’m sure someone asked and they said, “You know, the penis was actually the hardest part. I wanted to convey his wicked nature by picturing his penis in my mind for hours. I definitely don’t want to have sex with Donald Trump.”

Yeah, sure you don’t, pal.
