Injury update on Eagles WR A.J. Brown following win vs. Jacksonville
The Philadelphia Eagles got some good news on Monday following their 28-23 win over Jacksonville.
After his second catch of the game, WR A.J. Brown was slow to get up and left in the first half with an apparent knee injury.
According to FOX Sports NFL Insider Jordan Schultz, Brown avoided serious injury and is expected to be okay.

NBC Sports Philadelphia’s John Clark added that Brown is undergoing an MRI today and the internal belief is he only suffered a sprain.
Head coach Nick Sirianni did not have an update on Brown’s status after the game.
“It’s always tough when he goes down because he’s such a dynamic player, such a big part of this team and this offense,” DeVonta Smith said.
“If he goes down, I kind of get the feeling like I have to step up. For me, I’m always ready for the challenge.”
Brown missed three games earlier this season with a hamstring injury.
DeVonta Smith made big-time plays in Brown’s absence, catching a 46-yarder in the fourth quarter and a 25-yard one-handed touchdown in what will be a Catch of the Year contender.
The Eagles’ offense is rolling right now, so it’s good to hear their top receiver won’t miss much time, if any.
Brown has 23 receptions for 444 yards and three touchdowns this season.
OH MY DEVONTA. ON 3RD AND 22. UNBELIEVABLE CATCH.
