NBA Deep State suspends Joel Embiid for 3 games following altercation with Marcus Hayes

The NBA Deep State is alive and well. Sixers star and innocent man Joel Embiid was officially suspended for three games by the NBA after his locker room altercation with known rat Marcus Hayes.

The NBA issued a statement explaining the decision to suspend Joel Embiid:

Let’s talk about something no one seems to want to address: the NBA’s covert agenda, a shadowy “Deep State” running the league behind closed doors. And once again, they’ve chosen to target none other than the golden child of basketball, Joel Embiid.

Sweet, innocent Joel Embiid—who has done nothing but give his heart, his soul, and his unstoppable talent to the game—is once again the victim of a league-wide conspiracy.

Sure, he shoved Marcus Hayes during a verbal joust after the Grizzlies game on Saturday. But the Adam Silver and the league office have had a hardon for Embiid and the Sixer since day one.

The NBA managed to at least admit that Hayes’ column was wholly unprofessional. But somehow Embiid has been the only one punished in the situation.

I understand that Hayes isn’t an NBA employee, but the fact that the Inquirer has done nothing after his disgusting hit piece is truly disappointing. I’m genuinely cancelling my subscription in the morning.

Alex Coffey’s Phillies coverage is literally the only thing worth reading from that rag. I’ll miss it, but it must be done.

Very real and legitimate journalist. I don't see a loss on the schedule.
