Eagles Update: Jordan Mailata listed as full participant in practice, team waives tight end

Eagles left tackle Jordan Mailata was listed as a full participant for the second consecutive day on Tuesday.

Mailata, who has been on injured reserve for the past four games with a hamstring injury, had his practice window opened this week.

Although the Eagles only held walkthroughs in preparation for Thursday night’s game against the Commanders, Tuesday’s participation estimate showed Mailata as a full participant.

Mailata told reporters he’s still unsure if his hamstring will be ready for action against Washington.

“Got to feel confident in stepping on that field,” Mailata said. “I have trust in the trainers and the program that they’ve set up for me in order to get back for this game. Every day, we’re just ticking off boxes, just to get on the field.”

If he is cleared, the Eagles have already created room for him on the roster by waiving tight end Jack Stoll.

Edge rusher Bryce Huff (hand) also participated fully. Meanwhile, linebacker Nakobe Dean (groin), tight end Dallas Goedert (ankle), cornerback Darius Slay (ankle), and wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) were all listed as limited participants.
