Browns left tackle Dawand Jones replies to Cleveland radio host Adam “The Bull” for saying he has a weight problem
Cleveland Browns left tackle Dawand Jones will miss the remainder of the season after fracturing his left leg during Sunday’s 35-14 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
The injury occurred late in the first half when teammate Myles Teller (yes, the actor), while blocking, was pushed back and inadvertently rolled into Jones’s leg. An air cast was applied on the field before Jones was carted off.
Side Note: It’s Wyatt Teller obviously but shoutout Mi Tell ALWAYS when the opportunity presents itself.

Anyways, with Dawand Jones on the shelf for the rest of the season, Cleveland sports talk obviously wanted to discuss the issue, which brings us to the “Cleveland Sports Show” and a gentlemen by the name of Adam The Bull.
It’s obviously an unfortunate end to what’s becoming a concerning trend of season-ending injuries for Jones, who showed real flashes of potential when healthy. But instead of acknowledging that football is a brutal sport where injuries happen, Adam The Bull decided to wade into the deep end of bad takes. He claimed Dawand can’t be trusted because of a “weight problem” and even implied the guy might have an eating addiction.
That’s already a stretch, but the kicker? Adam The Bull—who, let’s be honest, isn’t exactly hitting up CrossFit on the daily—is out here criticizing Jones from a position of, well, zero credibility.
Adam “The Bull” Criticizing Dawand Jones for being “Fat”

This is downright weight hypocrisy.
If you’re going to call out someone’s fitness or eating habits, maybe make sure your own house is in order. Coming from Adam, this criticism is the pot calling the kettle fat, and the internet wasted no time roasting him for it. Even Dawand Jones, fresh off surgery, jumped in to shut this nonsense down, which is the perfect response.
Adam The Bull says Dawand Jones is fat:
Dawand Jones says Adam The Bull is fat too
After doing a little digging on this Adam The Bull character, it would appear that he’s one of those fair-weather sports fans that likes teams from all over the country. How he ended up on the “Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show” is beyond me.
This guy is a Cubs and Bengals fan. Why is he even talking about Cleveland sports? How does someone who actively roots for other cities’ teams get a platform to speak on the Browns?
That would be like a Philly sports website commenting on Cleveland sports and their disgusting radio show hosts, ya know?
Disclaimer: I grew up in Philly and I’m obviously a Philly sports fan but my mother’s side of the family is originally from Cleveland so I’m allowed to comment on Cleveland-related stuff. It’s basically me exercising my First Amendment rights. America. Deal with it.
But seriously, Adam The Bull’s sports fandom is like a New Yorker giving cheesesteak advice or someone from DELCO being a Dallas Cowboys fan—nobody asked, and nobody cares. Point being, if you’re a “die-hard” fan of two teams that all things considered, Cleveland fans HATE, that make Adam “The Bull” an absolute fraud at best and a miserable little clown at worst.
There’s no point in engaging with Adam The Bull further
When you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes, and Adam is out here claiming his trophy. Dawand Jones has nothing to prove to a guy who can’t even root for the right teams, let alone critique an NFL player’s ability to stay healthy.
It’s embarrassing that someone with no skin in the Cleveland game feels entitled to pass judgment on a player trying to recover from a major injury. Dawand has better things to focus on—like getting healthy and coming back stronger.
So, Adam The Bull can keep running his mouth from behind a mic, but let’s not pretend he has any ground to stand on. Stick to the Cubs and Bengals, my guy, and leave Cleveland sports to people who actually care about the city and their players.
