Toronto Blue Jays openly promote Kendrick Lamar tour dates, while Drake is busy filing lawsuits
On Tuesday, Kendrick Lamar announced a national stadium tour from early April to mid-June amid his recent release of ‘GNX.’
I won’t bullshit you — I’m a huge Kendrick fan. I’ve written about the Kendrick-Drake beef numerous times on this website and I’m not going to try and play both sides, I’m way more of a Kendrick fan than I am a Drake fan.
But objectively speaking, Kendrick Lamar is killing it this year. He handedly won the beef against Drake, dropping one of the highest grossing songs of the year with ‘Not Like Us’ and cementing his status as the industries best hip-hop artist right now. Following the beef, he announced that he’ll be headlining this year’s Super Bowl in New Orleans, and about a month or two later, he dropped his sixth studio album ‘GNX.’
I’m a huge fan of the record — I literally haven’t stopped listening to it since it came out. So I was obviously amped up when he announced a stadium tour. What I didn’t expect, however, was to see the Toronto Blue Jays, Drake’s hometown team, openly promoting Kendrick Lamar’s tour dates in Canada.
Toronto may belong to Kendrick Lamar now

I’m sure Drake is very upset about this. The lover boy isn’t getting love anymore. Someone should really check in on him.
While he’s busy filing lawsuits against UMG and Spotify for the promotion of ‘Not Like Us,’ Kendrick is continuing to capture the soul of America — and Canada, apparently.
I almost feel bad for Drake. Just a year ago, I don’t think anyone could have foreseen this downfall. As the resident Drake hater on this platform, I didn’t even see it coming. I thought business would go back to normal following the beef. I was clearly wrong.
Drake hasn’t dropped a single redeemable song since the beef occurred, he’s suing his own record company, and he’s even popping up on QXC streams to drink and gamble. The boy is down bad, folks.
I don’t really care at all because he’s worth more money than I’d see in 10 lifetimes. No one should actually feel bad for him, even if people are at the club calling him a certified pedophile while they crip walk.
I’m just going to continue listening to Kendrick Lamar and doing my thing.
