The Browns’ defensive superstar, fresh off achieving an impressive 100 career sacks, appears to have reached a breaking point with Cleveland’s struggles. After enduring a tough 3-12 campaign, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year has reportedly demanded clarity on the team’s plans to turn things around.

Garrett’s frustration with prolonged mediocrity in Cleveland raises speculation that he might be open to a change of scenery. Among potential landing spots, the Philadelphia Eagles make a ton of sense — for numerous reasons. With their championship aspirations and a history of attracting top-tier talent, the Eagles seem poised to make a compelling case for Garrett’s services.

Howie Roseman and Co. have never shied away from taking big swings in the offseason. Regardless of how this season ends, acquiring Myles Garrett instantly makes the Eagles championship favorites for next season.

With Brandon Graham potentially retiring after 2024, along with Josh Sweat’s contract expiring, pursuing Garrett would be the best way to fill the void (obviously). Pairing a veteran talent like Garret with Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis, and Milton Williams along the interior, as well as emerging star Nolan Smith as the pass rusher opposite of him, would make this Eagles defense even more terrifying than it already is.

Honestly, getting Garrett to Philly should be priority number one this offseason.
