Eagles QB Jalen Hurts remains in league protocol ten days after suffering concussion

If the Eagles had a meaningful game this weekend, Jalen Hurts’ status for it would be uncertain.

Per HC Nick Sirianni, Hurts remains in concussion protocol and is not expected to play Sunday against the Giants.

With the division and No. 2 seed clinched, Philadelphia will be resting their starters anyway — but it is slightly concerning that Hurts is still in protocol after initially suffering the concussion ten days ago.

Backup QB Kenny Pickett’s status is up in the air after playing through broken ribs in last week’s win vs. Dallas.

Third-stringer Tanner McKee could be in line for his first career start.
