I think I’ll pass on this one. Following the release of Ezekiel Elliott from the Dallas Cowboys, rumor has it that he’d like to join the Eagles as they prepare for their postseason run.

Zeke requested his release from Dallas, likely because he wanted to join a contender for the postseason. And while this would hilarious, I’ll pass.

Kenny Gainwell is perfectly fine as the Eagles RB2 behind Saquon — Zeke just doesn’t fit here. Plus, he’s a loser — on and off the field. Why bring in a guy who brings nothing of substance to the table?

He’s not a veteran leader — it was reported that he was routinely late to meetings this season. He’s also just not good anymore. This year, he had 74 carries for 226 yards and three touchdowns.

It’ll be interesting to see if Zeke lands with anyone before the postseason, but I’d be shocked if he ended up here.
