According to reports from TMZ Sports and Fox 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth’s Steven Ardary, the incident unfolded around 2 a.m. ET. Police documents reveal that Quinn allegedly crashed his maroon Ford F-150 into a car dealership parking lot, causing damage to multiple vehicles, including a Honda Element, a blue Ford F-150, and another unidentified car. Fortunately, no injuries to other individuals were reported.
Shortly after the collision, officers reportedly observed Quinn attempting to leave the scene in a white Dodge Challenger, which had been driven by someone he called for a ride. When confronted by police, Quinn was found in the passenger seat with visible injuries consistent with a recent crash. Reports from TMZ indicated that he exhibited slurred speech and was uncooperative when asked for identification.
Charleston County Sheriff’s Office records show that Quinn was booked into jail at 6:52 a.m. ET and released later that day at 1:25 p.m. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 27. This isn’t the first time Quinn has faced legal issues; he was previously arrested in 2023 for multiple charges, including hit-and-run, and in 2012 for driving while intoxicated.

Quinn joined the Eagles in 2022, bolstering the team’s defensive line in their run to the playoffs. His time in Philadelphia was brief, and he made very little impact with the team that season.
While Quinn’s football legacy includes notable achievements on the field, his off-field incidents have cast a shadow over his career. As the legal proceedings unfold, it remains to be seen what consequences Quinn will face following this latest arrest.
