When Nick Sirianni got his head shaved when the Eagles were just 2-2, the national and local media ripped him apart. He was crashing out before our very eyes, they said. Four months removed from the first shave, and the Eagles are one win away from hoisting the Lombardi Trophy.

The Eagles have lost one game since this photo was taken in October. And that one loss came against Washington when Jalen Hurts got injured and CJGJ was inexplicably kicked out of the game.
After his win Sunday, Nick Sirianni is now 52-23 as the Birds head coach. He’s heading to his second Super Bowl in three years and has the number one winning percentage among active head coaches. Honestly, it doesn’t get much better than that.
I don’t know if Sirianni and his team can do anything to escape the constant criticism they face. Even winning the Super Bowl probably won’t do it. But honestly, who cares? We thrive in this type of environment. I love being doubted, and I know Sirianni does too.
