Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter has made it clear where he wants to play when he gets into the NFL. He wants to join his hometown Philadelphia Eagles.

He hasn’t beaten around the bush about it either — he’s a true Birds fan. So much so that he’s fighting the good fight on social media as well. On an Instagram post where the creator was bashing Jalen Hurts, Abdul Carter stepped in to set the record straight.

The amount of hate Hurts gets on a daily basis is insane. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen to be frank.

Carter obviously gets it. The only thing that matters is winning. Stats and accolades are all great, but what’s the one thing everyone asks when a quarterback’s career is over? “How many Super Bowls did he win?”
