The 15-year veteran tore his triceps in November against the Rams and worked his way back to be available for the Super Bowl. Graham, 36, hinted earlier in the week that he is considering retirement after the Super Bowl.
“I don’t know what the future holds,” he said, “but if this is my last game, I’m going to give it everything I have.”
The Eagles also elevated FB Khari Blasingame and LB Nicholas Morrow for the Super Bowl and placed OL Nick Gates on injured reserve.
