GO BIRDS: Eagles Fans get engaged on Broad Street following Super Bowl LIX victory

Forget about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s rumored engagement—that was never going to happen after the Philadelphia Eagles absolutely wrecked the Kansas City Chiefs, 40-22, in Super Bowl LIX.

Instead, the only engagement worth talking about happened on Broad Street, where Birds fans turned their championship celebration into a full-blown love fest.

As thousands of Eagles fans flooded Broad Street, celebrating the franchise’s second Super Bowl title, one couple decided there was no better time to take the next step.

Surrounded by beer, confetti, and a city that bleeds green, one die-hard Birds fan dropped to a knee and popped the question, making it official under the glow of championship glory.

She said yes, obviously.

How could you not? The Eagles had just stomped out Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, Nick Sirianni had just solidified his place in Philly history, Jalen Hurts had just won Super Bowl MVP, and Broad Street was rocking. If there was ever a perfect moment to get engaged, this was it.
