The Eagles’ Unscripted video proves Kansas City never stood a chance in Super Bowl LIX

I’ve spent the last week consuming every single piece of Eagles content I can get my hands on. Team clips, fan edits, mic’d-up moments—if it’s out there, I’ve watched it. Probably multiple times. And if you’re reading this, you’ve probably done the same thing.

And then the Unscripted video dropped. I hit play immediately. Then I hit replay. Twice. And after watching it a few times, I’m convinced that the Chiefs were dead men walking the entire way from Kansas City to the Superdome in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX.

Yeah, the Chiefs never had a shot.

This wasn’t just a football team. This was a crew of guys hell-bent on revenge, and they weren’t going to let the same team break their hearts twice. You could feel it in the speeches. You could see it in the tunnel. It was over before the first snap.

And no, I’m not just talking out of my ass now that I’m a champion. I said in every single post leading up to the Super Bowl that the Eagles were going to win by double-digits. Did I expect it to unfold in what was really a 40-6 demolition? Not that bad, but double-digits for sure.

Yes, 40-6. We are NOT counting the garbage time points the Chiefs put up.

Honestly, I wish I the Eagles’ dropped this before the Super Bowl because if I heard Saquon Barkley, I would have bet my life savings that the Birds would win.

NFL Needs More Behind-the-Scenes Content

This video rules for so many reasons, but most of all because it actually cuts through the garbage narratives that get thrown around during the season.

You see how connected these guys are. You see how much they actually care. You see what really goes on behind the scenes, not the usual media noise about locker room drama or so-called “diva” wide receivers.

I need way more of this during the season. More mic’d-up moments. More behind-the-scenes footage. More proof that the Eagles were always meant to win this Super Bowl.

Because after watching this? It was never in doubt.
