After the team returned from New Orleans, they held a meeting to go over prep for the parade. Just as the meeting was wrapping up, Vic Fangio told his defense to stay, just to tell them that they let up 22 points in the second-half and that it was completely unacceptable.

If the Eagles are serious about trying to repeat next season and not have a Super Bowl hangover, this is the type of attitude everyone needs to have.

It starts with the coaching staff, and Fangio is clearly setting the standard. The biggest mistake the 2018 Eagles did was let all the success fuel their egos. So far, that doesn’t seem to be happening with this squad. It’s a great sign for next season.
