Ja Morant trades in the finger-guns for a ‘Grenade Out’ celebration

Nothing can stop Ja Morant from doing violent gestures on a basketball court. His commitment to pretending he’s strapped during NBA games is honestly something I can’t help but respect.

The NBA, on the other hand, isn’t exactly a fan of Morant’s antics. They fined him less than a week ago for doing the finger-gun celebration — a signature move for Morant after he drains a three.

Little does the NBA know, Ja Morant will not be silenced. You take his finger guns away, he whips out a fake grenade and throws it into the stands.

I mean, this is just incredible. Adam Silver’s honky ass is on his heels. Is he actually going to keep letting Morant fire off celebrations like this, or just keep handing out fines? Does Ja Morant even care? Evidently not.

Honestly, he should just keep pushing it to the limit. Next made three? Fire a bazooka at the bench. One after that? Roll a fucking tank onto the court and aim it at the owner’s box. Hell, follow that up with a full-blown Iaido Kata. Morant’s arsenal of imaginary weaponry knows no bounds.

This is the only thing I care about in the NBA right now. It’s the only thing entertaining enough to actually tune in for. I seriously can’t wait to see what Morant does next.
