NFL Deep State seemingly targets Eagles again with new potential rule change

The NFL Deep State is relentless, and it looks like they’ve got the Eagles squarely in their sights. The defending champs might have dodged the Tush Push ban, but this new potential rule change is dripping with anti-Eagles vibes.

Roger Goodell says owners spent a lot of time at the league meetings talking about the salary cap system — what’s working, what’s not, and how it might need to change in the next CBA talks with the players’ union. In short: they’re already laying the groundwork to keep things fair and competitive.

NFL considering changing the salary cap:

As we all know, Eagles GM Howie Roseman is a cap wizard. He works the system like a puppet master every season, giving the Birds a clear edge over the competition. Now, according to the NFL, backloading contracts and handing out massive signing bonuses to offset cap issues is apparently “hurting the game” — mainly because the Eagles are better at it than anyone else. Classic.

I can’t wrap my head around why the NFL is trying to tear down the Eagles. Sure, we’ve been in two of the last three Super Bowls, but so have the Chiefs and the Patriots before them. Feels like the Birds are getting singled out, and I don’t know why.

Philadelphia is a massive market with the most passionate fanbase in the sport. If the NFL tries to handcuff the Eagles’ success, they’re only going to lose money in the end. And we all know that’s the only thing they really care about.
