If there’s one guy who comes to mind when someone says “football,” it’s Jon Gruden. The man eats, breathes, and sleeps the game — so when he speaks, you listen.

And by “you,” I mean everyone who’s ever criticized the Eagles’ infamous Tush Push. If you’re one of those people saying, “that’s not real football,” go ahead and listen to Gruden’s take — then look me in the eye and try saying that again.

If I could boil down all my thoughts about the people who bitch and moan about the Tush Push into one clip, this would be it. Jon Gruden gets it. And it’s really not anything new, he’s saying everything we’ve written about for months now.

In the end, the Tush Push didn’t get banned and the game I love remains untarnished for another year. The NFL Deep State will probably try to ban it again next year. I know Jon Gruden will be out there fighting the good fight.
