Eagles have two of the top three merch sellers in the NFL

Following a historic 2024 campaign that culminated in a Super Bowl title, Eagles star running back Saquon Barkley has seen his popularity soar both on and off the field.

According to Matt Liberman of Cllct.com, Barkley led all NFL players in merchandise sales from March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025, per official data released by the NFL Players Association.

Barkley is the first running back to top the list since Ezekiel Elliott in 2017, when the former Cowboys standout rode the wave of a standout rookie season.

Joining Barkley in the top three are Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes at No. 2 and Barkley’s teammate, QB Jalen Hurts, at No. 3.

In his first season with the Eagles, Barkley became the ninth player ever to rush for over 2,000 yards in a single season en route to winning a championship. He earned AP Offensive Player of the Year honors and was announced as the cover athlete of Madden NFL 26.

Despite his record-breaking year, Barkley feels like he’s entering his prime — another productive campaign could be on the horizon.

“I don’t know how many touches I had, nor how many yards, but it doesn’t feel like it. I feel really good … I feel like I’m entering my prime,” Barkley told reporters.
