Eagles star Saquon Barkley isn’t holding back when it comes to Dallas or Washington

The Eagles are kings of the NFC East and fresh off a Super Bowl beatdown of the Chiefs, but Saquon Barkley’s still got receipts to settle — and he’s aiming them squarely at the Commanders and Cowboys.

In a recent interview clip floating around from “Janky Rondo,” Barkley didn’t just reflect on his move to Philly — he made it personal. When asked why the Eagles were the right fit, he kept it real: “I’m from Pennsylvania and like I played against them so it made sense. And we got a ring so it worked out for me.”

Eagles Star Sends Message: “BTA” for the NFC East

And when the topic shifted to whether Dallas or Washington ever reached out to him in free agency? Saquon didn’t flinch.

“Nah, never heard a word from the Commanders or Dallas,” he said. “That’s why ‘BTA’ when I see them.”

For those unfamiliar, “BTA” stands for “Belt-To-Ass” — a not-so-subtle promise to run it up every time he faces them.

It’s the kind of statement that hits harder when it’s backed by results. Barkley was unstoppable in 2024, racking up over 2,500 rushing yards and earning Offensive Player of the Year honors. More importantly? He was a driving force behind the Eagles smashing the NFC East on their way to a Super Bowl title, including a 41-7 obliteration of the Cowboys and a 55-23 playoff curb-stomp over Washington.

Eagles Fans Eat This Up

This is Philly. We don’t just want our stars to win, we want them to talk their talk and then walk all over the division while doing it. Barkley came here after the Giants wouldn’t pay him, and now he’s taking names in an Eagles jersey while reminding everyone else what they missed out on.

So, to Dallas and Washington: good luck this season. Just don’t act surprised when No. 26 gives you the “Belt-To-Ass” treatment again.
