WATCH: John Kruk begs Tom McCarthy to punch him if he ever goes vegan

John Kruk gets it. If you ever go vegan, for whatever reason, you deserve a swift jab to the chin. I don’t make the rules, Kruk does.

During Monday’s Phillies broadcast, Tom McCarthy whipped out a delectable cheesesteak mid-game, showing it to the viewing audience while Kruk admired it from afar. As they both gushed over its greatness, Kruk pleaded with McCarthy: “Punch me in the face if I ever go vegan.”

Like I said, anyone who decides to go vegan deserves to get punched. Kruk is just doing the lord’s work. And by God, I hope McCarthy holds up his end of the bargain.
