The St. Joe’s band will be filling in for Oklahoma’s band at tomorrow’s Temple game…?
According to multiple reports, the St. Joe’s band is stepping in to fill the shoes of the Oklahoma band tomorrow when the Sooners roll into South Philly to face Temple.
What a disgrace.
Nothing prideful about the Oklahoma Band…
Oklahoma is supposed to be one of the best college football teams in America. They are a playoff contender and have a what… $250 million to spend on the program?
How the hell can you not figure out travel plans to get your stupid band to Philly for tomorrow’s game?
Not to mention, Temple plays in the House of Jalen Hurts, where’s the respect?
It’s ridiculous behavior. If I was a member of Sooner Nation, I would be screaming from the rooftops to make sure the band gets their asses on a plane.
Conclusion: Oklahoma is scared shitless of Temple Football
Also, St. Joe’s probably shouldn’t be doing this, right?
Shoutout Hawk Hill but what the fuck are you doing? This just feels dirty to have two Philly schools working against each other.
If you’re Temple, though, this is the definition of bulletin board material.
Reporters already disrespected you earlier in the week, and now the visiting band won’t even bother showing up.
Oklahoma reporters caught on hot mic disrespecting Temple football
If the St. Joe’s band plays Boomer Sooner or any of that OU trash, that’s a certified bush league, little-brother move.
You want respect? Plant yourself in the stands, lean all the way in with Temple, and play the only fight song that matters.
Hell, go full heel turn and rip into the Texas Fight Song while you’re at it, just don’t you dare tuck tail and play for the Sooners. Have some dignity. Freaks.
Not to mention, the Sooners continue to talk shit
I’ll take “Things That Never Happened” for a BILLION.
What a horrible photo. No one from Philly is chatting it up in the streets. That happens down South for sure, but you only “overhear” that type of shit at the tourist traps.
Speaking of tourist taps, and I say this with zero disrespect to the Liberty Bell (obviously) but whoever runs this account saying they “overheard locals” while they were out with a couple old, fat tourists, looking at The Bell, which no one from Philly actually goes in the first place, is absolutely insane.
K.C. Keeler and the Owls should be foaming at the mouth when they take the field tomorrow.
