Jared Verse, as much as I respect him as a player, is a total goober. He was so confident his kicker was going to hit the game winning kick that he was already celebrating.

With the NFL cameras in his face, he looked directly at it to tell everyone how many obscenities he was going to yell once they won. Less than 60 seconds later, he was speechless. Pure cinema.

Alright… I know the clip of Verse talking shit isn’t in there, but I swear it exists — I’ve seen it! I found it on Twitter, liked it, was about to put it in here, then the person who posted it made their account private. And I cannot find it for the life of me.

Just trust me when I say, that shot of Verse blankly staring at the field as Davis rumbles down the field hits a lot harder knowing he talked shit before it.
