Eagles tush push blandino

Eagles didn’t run the Tush Push one time on Sunday; FOX broadcast still had Dean Blandino on to cry about it for 5 minutes

The Eagles didn’t run the Tush Push once on Sunday. Yet, I still had to watch Dean Blandino cry about it for five minutes during the FOX broadcast.

It really is embarrassing. We’re in the middle of a good game between two 3-0 teams. Philly hasn’t run the Tush Push once the entire game, and they still had to cut out a five minute segment for Blandino to get on and bitch about it.

Death, taxes, and Dean Blandino crying about the Eagles

To Dean’s credit, he admitted he was being hyperbolic when he said he was done with the play a few weeks ago. He also acknowledged at the end that the officiating needs to improve. Still, I can’t believe they actually gave this guy a platform to comment on a play that wasn’t even run once in the game he was covering.

About two minutes later, the Eagles actually rolled out a variation of the Tush Push, handing it off to Saquon and getting him in the end zone untouched. Classic stuff. I don’t know if a team will ever be able to stop the Eagles in a short yardage situation ever again.
