WATCH: Cardinals interception ends in a Titans TD in ridiculous sequence
This might be the stupidest football sequence I’ve ever seen. Titans quarterback Cam Ward tossed a brutal pick, but the hapless Cardinals found a way to fumble it into their own end zone to give up a touchdown. I know, it doesn’t make sense to me either.
The Titans used this play to come back and eventually beat the Cardinals for their first win of the season.

What an absolute nightmare this game must have been for Jonathan Gannon. His runningback drops the ball before the goal line on a long run and then this happens? I genuinely don’t know what you even say to the team after that.
Granted, I certainly don’t care about Gannon at all after he pulled a Kyle Shanahan and shit his pants in the Super Bowl before hightailing it to Arizona. Even so, you have to feel for him here.
