Prediction: AJ Brown missing from Eagles’ Halloween party is about to become a fake controversy

The Eagles held a team Halloween party on Tuesday night, and — shocker — AJ Brown didn’t show up. Naturally, that can only mean one thing: the local media is about to turn it into a pointless storyline.

From the photos, it looks like maybe ten players even showed up — mostly the offensive line, Saquon, Jalen, and hey, even Tanner McKee wandered in for a cameo. Good for him. But along with AJ Brown, I don’t see DeVonta Smith, Cooper DeJean, Quinyon Mitchell, Dallas Goedert, Zack Baun — plenty of guys weren’t there. Still, you can bet anything you want that AJ’s absence will be the only one mentioned on 94WIP tomorrow.

In fact, I’d put money on it being a topic on the morning show. It’ll be the usual fake outrage just to stir up engagement — classic WIP. I can already hear tomorrow’s poll question: “Is AJ Brown skipping the team Halloween party a big deal?” Honestly, they should hire me. I could program their whole show in my sleep.
